Physical Health

Some of the hardest things to go through are physical health issues. Sometimes you need someone to talk to about our bodies and feel heard and cared for. Sometimes our leaders tell us to pray more or have more faith, but the issues persist. That is normal, I’m here to sit with you through these issues that I have personally been through. You are not alone. You are not crazy. You will get better. I’m here for you.

Anxiety

I went through a rough decade of anxiety which almost entirely removed me from life. It was one of the hardest things to work through, mostly because not everyone can understand how this feels and can make a person feel as if they are losing it. I’m here to listen. You’re going to be ok.

Scattered/Foggy Brain

This is a strange feeling, as if there is difficulty in being in one’s body, difficulty thinking, slow at coming to decisions, unable to concentrate or feeling as if one is on drugs. This is often related to food sensitivities or side effects from medicine, such as SSRIs (Anti depressants). I have been through these issues and have seen these fully disappear from my life. I can share about what worked for me.

Depression

Often, after prolonged anxiety, depression begins to set in. I also went through this for half a decade and can say that this is one of the most difficult areas to work one’s way out of. It is possible and requires support, patience and understanding. You’re going to pull through this.

Depersonalization

This is literally one of the most out of body experiences I have ever felt in my life. I remember looking in the mirror and thinking, “Is this real? Am I real?” I would touch my face and feel as if I did not exist. I can share about my experience and listen to yours and can share about what has helped me.

Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are reactions that seem to come about quite rapidly, and often seemingly without notice. I have also had my share of these throughout the last decade and have learned to take care of myself to the point where these are fully gone away. I can listen and share.

Bodily Pain

Physical pain is heavy. Despite prayer and despite modern day medicine, we still need people to surround us and be with us. I am here to be with you while you get better. We are in this together my brother and sister. We can also pray at the end if this is something you’re interested in.

Let’s Talk!

I’m here to listen without judgment.
