Physical & Mental Health

You’ve prayed about it, you’ve seen a doctor and you’re still not feeling well or it feels like it’s taking way too long. I’ve been through these issues myself and am here if you need someone to talk to about anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fear, scattered brain, depersonalization, etc.

Emotional Health

Oftentimes in Christian circles, we dismiss our emotions and our mental health as unimportant or worst as lack of faith/sin. Neither of these is true. You matter, all of you. That includes your emotions. I’m here to listen and share about fear, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, anger, hatred, bitterness, loneliness, loss & grief, social anxiety, self-hatred, perfectionism, jealousy, lying, and difficulty feeling emotions.

Religious Trauma

Religious trauma syndrome (RTS) is a group of symptoms which tend to show up in people who have undergone stressful religious experiences and is often tied to religious fundamentalism, cults, or purity culture. This area of study is based on work pioneered by Dr. Marlene Winell.

Life & Living

Life is full of twists and turns. It’s easy to feel like there’s something wrong with us or that we should have things all figured out by now, perhaps we even feel ashamed about life. I’m here to listen, no judgment. Here to listen about tough decisions in life, feeling like life is meaningless, having suicidal thoughts, need someone safe to come out to, LGBTQ+, arrested development, or need a christian confessional session.

Faith-Life Questions

Faith-life questions are those having to do with concerns about our faith, biblical matters, questions about your church and church doctrines, or feeling like what is the point to all of this? Perhaps some things are not lining up or things aren’t feeling quite right at church anymore. Perhaps you’re a church leader or pastor with real questions, or fears. This is normal, I have been there myself. Here to listen about concerns, doubts, hell, afterlife, the rapture, salvation, frustrations, anger or christian confessional.

Spiritual Disciplines

Spiritual disciplines are centuries old, and have survived for a reason. These can bring peace, growth, improve relationships, solidify a connection with God and the divine, and add massive health benefits. Here to talk about and/or engage in prayer, meditating, fasting, praying in tongues, spiritual gifts, self-examination, fellowship, or christian confessional.

Let’s Talk!

I’m here to listen without judgment.
